Project Hortelã (by Fernanda, Isabela & Thiago)

This proposal aims to create employment opportunities for women who need reintegration into the job market, especially those with 4 to 6 hours available per week. Inspired by the Programa de Operação Trabalho (POT) from São Paulo, the initiative will be carried out in partnership with the Urban Garden of Curitiba, promoting sustainable agriculture and training. The garden will provide a learning and income-generating environment, with community gardens and event spaces. The goal is to facilitate the reintegration of these women into the workforce, promoting their economic autonomy and social inclusion.
